ER-4 MicroPro Series
ER-4 MicroPro Earphones are high fidelity transducers developed specifically to combine flat frequency response with isolation from external noise. They deliver transparent, reference-quality sound and provide at least 20-25dB of external noise exclusion at all frequencies. This allows listeners to hear the full dynamic range of recorded or live music at safe levels.
Additional "customization" can be requested by ordering a set of custom-fit ER-4 Chameleon Ears. These earmolds come in a variety of colors and give even further comfort and isolation performance to these monitors.

ER-4B MicroPro Earphones (Binaural)
The ER-4B is mainly used for KEMAR manikin and other binaural recordings. These are excellent for materiel not equalized for loudspeaker playback.

ER-4S Micropro Earphones (Stereo)
The ER-4S earphones are designed to give the most accurate response with normal commercial recordings. Some users with low powered portable equipment prefer to use an external headphone amplifier.

ER-4P Micropro Earphones (Power)
The ER-4P is the newest model in the ER-4 family of MicroPro earphones. This model has the following changes over the ER-4S unit.

- Provides 9dB more output with a 1mV input then the ER-4S
- Increased low frequency sensitivity relative to the ER-4S
- New cable design for reduced mechanical noise
- Higher sensitivity and lower impedance then the other ER-4 models
